Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance for visits. However, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Payments can be made with Cash, Check, Credit Card, HSA/FSA cards, Venmo and Zelle.

Do you offer treatment packages?

Accepted Answer

We offer packages of 5 or 10 treatments for Acupuncture. Packages do not include an intake appointment. 5 pack costs $575 ($50 savings) and 10 pack costs $1125 ($125 savings).

Do you offer discounts or gift cards?

Accepted Answer

We extend discounts to individuals in qualifying categories, including but not limited to veterans, first responders, students, those facing financial hardship, and seniors. Gift cards are also available. Contact our team for specific details on eligibility and benefits.

Is dry needling acupuncture?

Accepted Answer

The only similarity between dry needling and acupuncture is the use of a needle. Acupuncture has existed for thousands of years and uses specific points on designated meridians to stimulate energy flow. Acupuncturists go through at least 3 years of training at an accredited institution, are state licensed, and must maintain national certification. Dry needling has existed for a few decades and focuses on trigger point stimulation for musculoskeletal imbalances and is typically taught in a 3-day workshop.

How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule a new patient appointment, please call us at (509) 386-0005. Returning patients are encouraged to contact us or schedule at the end of their appointment. Returning patients may use the patient portal to cancel appointments.

Functional medicine works well in conjunction with both conventional medicine and other forms of alternative medicine like acupuncture and chiropractic.

Will I need to take supplements for the rest of my life?

Accepted Answer

The number and duration of supplements depends on your particular case. Early in treatment, especially with complex cases, patients may require more supplements over a longer period. As concerns are addressed, treatment is simplified and fewer supplements are prescribed. Certain conditions like autoimmune diseases may require some supplementation over a lifetime to maintain remission.
